Foxy has taken £408 from my account on the 07/09/2023 and when I call they keep me on hold as long as they can and dont give me any information apart from its a technical issue and please wait for a reply. And I multiple foxy agents has told me that this is a common thing and I think it should be brought to the publics attention. Alan Pearson

I haven't received my withdrawals that I Ve withdrawn. It's showing on my end verification complete awaiting Hang out, this has been going on for over 2 days. My money is still not being sent to my bank. And they are not giving me any time scale. They are saying when the issue is fixed, but over the past 2 days, other colleagues have told me it would be 48 hours. It has been over 48 hours. They are holding my money against my wheel. And it is against the law. I'm requesting my money and they're refusing.

Preferred solution: My withdrawals to be processed to my bank and my money on my gaming account to be issued to my bank. I have waited over 48 hours and I still.

Hi I took a short break from playing and once I logged back in you have taken away all my foxy perks,I can no longer play tornaments which I loved and not can I play the free daily games this is extremely unfair please may you fix asap or I will just close my account

When winning on starburst .the money won doesn't get added to your balances if u have 20 pound balance u play a 50p spin win 4.00 pound your balance should be 3.5o but u have to spin again before it adds it to it .but no u spin again and u got a 19.00 balance so therefore your 4 pound winnings haven't been added and this has happened loads of times .u add all the times its happened to me .means I'm owed a lot of money I shall be recording every game from now on

When trying to get help I found that I had wasted £10 coz I was unable to play yet my tickets had been, whats the fun in that. I was told my phone wasnt working and then she hung up on me.Would not recommend foxy bingo.

I been playing foxy casinos for a few months now and really enjoyed playing but the last time I played I won £4600.00 which then i through i would withdraw the £4000.00 and then I carried on playing with the £600.00 and when down to about £19.99, then the money that I withdraw got put back to my account so I try to do small payment like £1000.00 at a time, I thought that was it and I was so happy and Christmas was going to be amazing for me and my two little children because I haven't got a lot of money and it's been a sad ,hard year losing my mum and nan to cancer but I got a email saying my foxy account was blocked and the money I won was stop I was so upset and stressed out it caused my husband and me to split up now I don't know what to do, I lost everything ,i really needed the money I may even lose my home if I don't get the money I won ,what the point of playing foxy casinos games if they block you and don't give you the money you win . I am missing two payments one of £30 and another £10.I thought this issue would have been sorted automatically, I have noted an managed my transfers and am transactions and have also tried to contact your team a number of times to deal with this, so if someone could look into it and have my account reimbursed it would be highly appreciated

I was told to verify my account again after I'd been depositing and withdrawn for months. It kept saying to upload my documents I had to log in but when I try to log in it keeps saying contact customer services. I spoke to someone on messenger and uploaded the documents but still haven't received any reply. I have 100 pound on foxy at the moment.
